Luis and his workers were at my house the day after I called them. They were so timely and respectful of my home, even making sure they took of their shoes when they entered. I did not have any left over matching tile and they went out of their way to look for matching tile. Luis made recommendations for improvements in the draining layout and insured all his work. The shower came out beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this company especially in Summit County where it is so hard to get people to follow through on smaller jobs. “We contracted with Luis @ Gate 7 Management to replace our 20+ year old carpet with LVP flooring in our entire condo. Luis and his team did an excellent job with the demo of the old flooring and installation of the new LVP flooring and replacement and staining of the baseboard molding. Luis took the additional initiative to make sure that the baseboard molding stain matched the door molding stain so that everything looked consistent. Luis managed the entire project for us since we live remotely from our condo and he kept us updated on the progress and it was completed within the promised timeline.
We initially did shop around and looked at using a local big box hardware store to perform our flooring project; however, they tend to contract their installation projects to a 3rd party vendor that can have mixed results. We did not have the availability or time to manage a project of this size by ourselves.
We chose Luis @ Gate 7 Management because of trust, professionalism and he wants to make sure that his clients are happy with his work! We have previously used Luis on a small plumbing project last year and were happy with the results.

Luis and Gate 7 were referred to us by a friend in Summit County, CO. We had water Spring ’24 runoff issue that was soaking into our Breckenridge crawlspace. Luis was able to diagnose the issue, develop a plan of attack, and work with his crew to solve the problem. They also rebuilt the deck on the house as well. They were able to do all the work on an urgent basis, within a reasonable budget and within the promised time frame. I would recommend Luis and his crew to anyone.
